2 oz Lychee Purée
Pinch of Cinnamon
Dash Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a
chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.

2 oz Belvedere
2 oz Half and Half
Dash Coffee Liqueur
Grated Nutmeg
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice, strain over fresh ice
into a rocks glass or tumbler. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Silver Fizz
1 oz Belvedere
1 oz Earl Grey Tea
Splash of Moët & Chandon Champagne
Shake with cubed ice and strain into a Champagne fl ute.
Top with Moët & Chandon Champagne.
